5. Anyone attending Iron House Strength & Conditioning for the weekend MUST fill out a one-time waiver of liability for the week before entering. Please click here to fill out your FREE pass on the house.

 

6. Iron House S&C is 9000sq feet of an old school gym. We have two unisex half restrooms downstairs and separate men/women full restrooms upstairs. The seminars will be set up in the heart of our main bay, tables and chairs provided but electrical may be limited for charging devices. We have store on-site stocked w/ NuEthix, Granite, The Lab, Seeking Health & a plethora of heat&eat meals, drinks, high protein snacks & the coolest house merchandise!
